How we work
Building is a big decision. This is how we take a project from the first conversation to the day you move back in.
Site visit and brief
We meet you on site, look at the drawings if you have them, and talk through what you want to achieve, your budget and your timing.
Detailed quote
We price the work from the drawings or bill of quantities and give you an itemised quote, so you can see exactly what is included and compare like with like.
Contract and programme
We sign a JBCC contract, the standard used by South African architects and quantity surveyors, and agree a construction programme and payment schedule.
Construction
Our site foreman runs the job day to day and coordinates every trade. You receive regular progress updates and can reach us directly whenever you need to.
Completion and snagging
We walk through the finished work with you and your professional team, list anything that needs attention, and close it out.
Handover and aftercare
You receive the keys along with any certificates and guarantees. We remain available for the defects period and beyond.
