The apartment had the address but not the interior to match. We stripped it back to its shell and rebuilt every surface in four months.
The work included herringbone oak flooring, an integrated kitchen with a honed stone island, custom joinery throughout and a built-in entertainment wall. Floor-to-ceiling glazing keeps the marina in view from every room.
